Çiçekli Teknolig · Participant guide
Innovation Challenge
powered by Kedy Technologies
At Izmir Bahcesehir High School for Science and Technology, our innovation competition invites your team to choose an idea and turn it into a working product.
One team, every stage
Other school clubs are organizing their own competitions too. Every team must participate in all Çiçekli Teknolig stages, including Innovation Challenge.
Tutorial
Watch first. Then try it.
These two videos show you how to create an API key and send your first request from the terminal.
Kedy API
Get started in four steps.
Create your account, get your key, try the API, and connect your project.
- 01
Create your account
Visit chat.kedy.dev. Create an account and sign in.
Your account and API keys are managed in one place. - 02
Get your API key
Create an API key at chat.kedy.dev. This key lets your application access the Kedy API.
Keep your key private; use it only on your backend. - 03
Send your first request
Store your key in the
KEDY_API_KEYenvironment variable. Run the cURL example below in your terminal to try thenovaqmodel.Replace “Hello” with your own question. - 04
Connect your product
Send the user’s message to the API from your backend. Display the response in your app, for example in an assistant or a Q&A feature.
Flow: application backend Kedy API.
Let’s make your first request.
Set your API key, then run the example request.
01 Set your key in the terminal
Use your own API key. This sets the variable for your current terminal session.
export KEDY_API_KEY="YOUR_API_KEY"02 Send NOVAQ a message
curl https://api.kedy.dev/v1/chat/completions \
-H "Authorization: Bearer $KEDY_API_KEY" \
-H "Content-Type: application/json" \
-d '{"model":"novaq","messages":[{"role":"user","content":"Hello"}]}'Keep your API key out of browser code and public repositories.
How does it work in your product?
- User’s message
- Your backend
- Kedy API · novaq
- Response in your app
Your server makes the API request. The key stays on the server; the user sees the response.
Start with Claude or Codex.
Describe your idea, copy the prompt, and paste it into Claude or Codex to start building.
Replace the parts in brackets with your team’s idea. You can edit the prompt here before copying it.
Keep your real API key on your server; do not paste it into the prompt.
