• Waitlist information, including the email address you provide when joining a Kedy waitlist or requesting access.
• Program application information, including your first and last name, email address, university or high school, school location, and responses you provide when applying to programs such as the Kedy Campus Ambassador Program.
• Account information if you create or use a Kedy account.
• Communications, including information you provide when contacting Kedy.
• Usage and technical information, such as pages visited, referring websites, device or browser information, and general usage statistics collected through services such as Cloudflare Web Analytics.
• Billing and transaction information if you purchase paid Kedy products or services.

We ask only for information reasonably necessary to operate our services, programs, and website.

We may use personal information to:

• provide, operate, maintain, and secure Kedy products and services;
• manage waitlists, access requests, and product launches;
• review and manage applications to programs such as the Kedy Campus Ambassador Program;
• contact applicants regarding their applications or participation;
• send relevant information about Kedy to people who request updates or join a waitlist;
• respond to questions, requests, and communications;
• understand how our websites and products are used and improve their performance;
• detect fraud, abuse, or security issues; and
• comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not use personal information for purposes materially different from those described here without an appropriate legal basis or notice where required.

We use third-party service providers to help operate our websites, forms, programs, and infrastructure.

For example:

• Tally may process information submitted through forms on our website, including waitlist submissions and program applications.
• Google services may be used to store, organize, or manage information submitted through those forms.
• Cloudflare provides website infrastructure, security, and privacy-focused website analytics.

These providers may process personal information as necessary to provide their services to Kedy and may process information in accordance with their own applicable privacy terms.

We may also disclose information when required by law, when reasonably necessary to protect Kedy, our users, or others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or similar corporate transaction.

We do not sell personal information.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand general website traffic and performance.

Analytics information may include page views, referring websites, approximate geographic information, browser or device information, and other technical information.

We may also use browser storage or similar technologies where necessary to remember preferences or provide website functionality.

If we introduce technologies that require consent under applicable law, we will provide appropriate controls where required.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including operating our services and programs, maintaining appropriate records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal or security requirements.

Campus Ambassador application information may be retained while an application is being reviewed and for a reasonable period afterward for program administration and recordkeeping.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or to object to certain processing.

Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw that consent where applicable.

You may contact us to make a privacy request. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.

You may also ask us to stop receiving non-essential communications. Service-related, waitlist-related, or application-related communications may still be sent where necessary.

Kedy and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live.

For example, information processed through Tally, Google services, Cloudflare, or other infrastructure providers may be processed using infrastructure located in different jurisdictions.

Where required by applicable law, we take appropriate measures regarding international transfers of personal information.

Some Kedy programs, including the Kedy Campus Ambassador Program, may be available to high school and university students.

If participation by minors is permitted, we process information provided through those programs for program administration and related purposes, subject to applicable law.

Where parental or guardian consent is required by applicable law, participation may be subject to obtaining that consent.

Our services and programs are not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy as Kedy’s products, programs, technologies, or legal obligations change.

When we make changes, we will publish the updated policy and revise the “Last updated” date above.
