Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Kedy’s websites, products, programs, models, APIs, and related services.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account, requesting access, or applying to a Kedy program. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

Some Kedy services may be offered through waitlists, limited previews, beta programs, or rolling access. Joining a waitlist, creating an account, or submitting an application does not guarantee access to any Kedy product, service, or program.

If you are under the age required to enter into these Terms independently where you live, you may use Kedy only where permitted by applicable law and with any consent required from a parent or legal guardian.

You may not use Kedy’s services to:

• violate applicable laws or regulations;
• infringe the rights of others;
• create, distribute, or facilitate malicious software or harmful activity;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, models, or data;
• interfere with or disrupt Kedy’s infrastructure or other users;
• circumvent usage restrictions, rate limits, security measures, or access controls;
• reverse engineer, extract, copy, or reproduce protected components of Kedy’s models, software, or systems except where such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law; or
• use the services in a manner that could reasonably compromise their security, integrity, or availability.

We may take reasonable action to prevent abuse or protect Kedy, our users, and our infrastructure.

You retain ownership of content you submit to Kedy.

You grant Kedy the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, and otherwise use that content to provide, maintain, secure, and operate the services you request.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit content to Kedy and that your content and use of the services comply with applicable law and these Terms.

Submitting content through a program application, waitlist, support request, or similar form allows us to use that information for the purpose for which it was submitted, as further described in our Privacy Policy.

Unless we clearly state otherwise for a particular service, we do not claim ownership of your content.

Some Kedy services use artificial intelligence or machine learning systems to generate predictions, recommendations, analyses, decisions, or other outputs.

AI and machine learning systems are probabilistic and may produce incomplete, inaccurate, or unexpected results. You are responsible for evaluating outputs before relying on or using them.

You should not rely solely on Kedy outputs for decisions where an error could create significant legal, financial, medical, safety, or other material consequences without appropriate independent review.

Where permitted by applicable law and subject to any service-specific terms, you may use outputs generated for you. Similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users.

Kedy and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in Kedy’s services, models, APIs, software, algorithms, interfaces, documentation, branding, designs, and related materials.

These Terms give you only the limited right to access and use Kedy services as permitted by us. They do not transfer ownership of Kedy technology or intellectual property to you.

You may provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about Kedy. If you do, you allow us to use that feedback without restriction or obligation to compensate you, provided that doing so does not give us ownership of unrelated content or personal information you submit.

Kedy may offer programs such as the Kedy Campus Ambassador Program, research programs, early-access programs, competitions, or other community initiatives.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance or participation.

We may establish additional eligibility requirements, program rules, responsibilities, benefits, or conditions for individual programs. Where those specific terms conflict with these Terms, the program-specific terms will apply to that program.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue a program where reasonably necessary.

Some Kedy services may be free, paid, usage-based, or offered with promotional access or credits.

Applicable prices, billing terms, usage limits, and renewal conditions will be presented before you purchase a paid service.

Promotional credits, tokens, or similar benefits may be subject to expiration dates, usage restrictions, eligibility requirements, or additional conditions. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money.

We may prevent fraudulent or abusive use of promotional offers.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you interact with Kedy.

By using Kedy, you acknowledge that personal information may be processed as described in the Privacy Policy and in accordance with applicable law.

Kedy services may evolve over time. We may add, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue features, models, programs, or services.

We do not guarantee that any particular service, model, feature, or level of availability will remain available indefinitely.

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of security concerns, legal requirements, non-payment, abuse, violation of these Terms, or risks to Kedy, our infrastructure, or other users.

You may stop using Kedy at any time.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kedy services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that the services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every purpose, or that AI-generated outputs will always be accurate or complete.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kedy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

We may update these Terms as Kedy’s products, programs, business, or legal obligations evolve.

When we make changes, we will publish the updated Terms and revise the “Last updated” date.

If changes materially affect your rights or obligations, we may provide additional notice where required by applicable law.

Your continued use of Kedy after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those Terms where permitted by applicable law.

These Terms and any additional terms presented for a specific Kedy product, service, or program form the agreement governing your use of that offering.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
